This blue-gray limestone is the national symbol of Estonia, which emphasizes the function of the building. Stone lamellae are with different angles of cross-section, creating the illusion of a wave when walking along the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is not a new working space for Estonian diplomats, it is the next step in cooperation between the two countries.
