Implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for the apartment building at 47 Brīvības Street, Riga (in progress)

Within the project, the renovation and improvement of energy efficiency are being carried out on a multi-apartment residential building at 47 Brīvības Street, Riga, which is one of Riga’s early 20th-century architectural symbols, an outstanding monument of national romanticism.

As a result of the project implementation, the building’s energy consumption will be reduced by approximately 35%, its technical condition and residents’ comfort will be improved, while preserving the building’s architectural character in Riga’s historic urban environment.
