Valdis Koks managed project as project manager and responsible supervising engineer.
A new building in the Ziepniekkalns district, Riga, built in the shape of a horseshoe. The building’s foundations and carrying walls are composed of monolithic reinforced concrete, as well as bulkhead between apartments in some cases. A reminder of the bulkhead is made of gypsum with sound and heat insulation. The upper floors have flats with illuminated terraces. A total number of apartments – 147.
