SIA “AIDACO CONSTRUCTION” carries out the construction works of the building frame and external enclosing structures. The total area of ​​the building is 35,000 m2.
A sustainable class A business center designed according to LEED gold standards will be built within the object. The building will be energy efficient, have several green areas and developed infrastructure suitable for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers. The first floor will house commercial premises and restaurants, while the two underground floors will be able to park around 200 cars, which is a significant factor in the city center.
